Design Process

  • When I entered this company as their Product Designer, there was an urgent need for a refresh to their Dashboard product that was used to maintain their clients sensitive data.

  • Creating an new Dashboard experience while maintain client’s comfortability and usability of the previous experience.

  • Rebuild the Dashboard experience with new design-branded elements and familiar workflows, introduce new features to better the user’s experience, while not changing everything to the point where the user is unfamiliar with completing their daily tasks.

    Provide more detailed information for charts and graphs, utilize the responsiveness of the new layout with the usage of sidebars and snackbars, and continuously talking with clients to add/remove features.
